Do you own rural land that could power a data center?

We buy and option rural land for data center development. We are the buyer, not a middleman. Tell us about your land and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

See if your land qualifies

No cost, no obligation, and no pressure. We answer either way.

See if your land qualifies

Tell us about your property. There is no cost and no obligation. If it does not fit, we will tell you plainly.

A rough number is fine. If you are not sure, write not sure.

Does the property have electric service now?
Is there anything like this nearby that you know of?Check any that apply. Guessing is fine.
Are you the one who decides whether to sell?
Where are you in your thinking?

We use this only to evaluate your property and to contact you. We do not sell your information.

Who you are dealing with

We are the buyer, not a middleman

We use our own money

When we buy land or take an option on it, the funds are ours and the risk is ours. We are not arranging a transaction between you and a third party, and nobody here is paid a commission on whether you say yes.

We do the homework

Working out whether a property can support a data center is our job. You will not be asked to pay for a survey, hire an engineer, or produce a map before we are willing to have a conversation with you.

We give you a straight answer

Most land does not qualify, and when yours does not we will say so and tell you what was missing. A clear no costs you nothing and it beats being strung along by someone hoping the situation changes.

How it works

Four steps, and we do most of the work

  1. You tell us about the land

County, rough acreage, and anything you happen to know about what is nearby. A few minutes, no paperwork, no parcel numbers.

  2. We check it against public records

We look at transmission capacity, substations, roads, terrain, and water using public data. You do not have to gather anything.

  3. We call you if it looks workable

A real conversation about what your property could support and what a purchase or an option would look like.

  4. We make an offer, or we tell you why not

If it fits, we put terms in front of you. If it does not, we say so and explain what was missing. Either way you get an answer.

Not sure if your land is worth asking about?

Ask anyway. Checking costs you nothing, and the properties that turn out to work are often ones the owner assumed were ordinary.
